SCES is seeking Medical Escort volunteers! | IN-PERSON in Somerville/Cambridge

This program benefits community members age 60+ who are required to have an escort for a specific appointment (such as for an outpatient procedure or dental work). You’ll meet a new person each time! Training and a stipend are provided. For more information, email vol@eldercare.org.

The Buttonwood Park Zoo is seeking volunteers! IN-PERSON in New Bedford

The Buttonwood Park Zoo offers competitive, skills-based volunteer programs like their Animal Care internship program, as well as opportunities to volunteer at special events, in horticulture, and other activities.

(The Zoo is also involved with MSA's Service Enterprise program, which means that Zoo staff have received training in effective volunteer management!)
